This program is geared toward gathering information on the potential health benefits of using warm air hydrotherapy on a consistent and regular basis. This program is solely on a volunteer basis. Participants agree to see family doctor a minimum of 4 times per year and submit results of health physical to be published in a study by Aging Safely Walk In Bathtubs. By participating, it is required to take 3 to 4 hot or cold hydrotherapy baths per week for a minimum of 10-15 minutes. Participants must consult a physician to ensure a hydrotherapy regiment is right for them and receive a doctors authorization to participate in this study.

Things that are evaluated include heart rate, blood pressure and over all well being, physically and emotionally. For many people hydrotherapy can be something that can potentially add value to their life and it’s a completely natural approach to well being.
